In order to properly identify your Customer file in our information systems and confirm that you are or have been, effectively, a Customer of the Company, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data; before proceeding to attend and respond to the request made, the Customer Service agents may ask you:
- Customer ID (Order Code), this is the number that was provided to you with the payment confirmation email of our professional services rate; and/or
- Your identification data.
Likewise, if you are a third party, other than the Canada visa applicant, you may be required to provide supporting documentation that you are authorized by the applicant to make, on his/her behalf, any request in regards to his/her Canada visa application and/or our assistance services. The communications of each Customer are carefully reviewed, individually, so an attempt will be made to respond in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within the period established by the applicable laws and applicable regulations.
